Jennifer Shackles serves as an instructional specialist for the southwest region of Missouri. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Pittsburg State University and a Master’s of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Southeast Missouri State University. She has worked in both the regular classroom setting and most recently served as an ESL teacher and program coordinator in a local school district.
Mission:
To serve as a resource and facilitator for districts, schools, and teachers to better serve the English Language Learners and to build a network of Region VII schools that can assist each other with successful instructional practices and procedures.
